Saturday Sale: The Great Sandal Search

I have wanted needed these sandals from the moment I spotted them on Kim Kardashian's feet last summer!

To be honest, I want her whole outfit.

After some internet sleuthing, I discovered that the originals are Jeffrey Campbell Nena 2 sandals, but Kim Kardashian was actually wearing the Aldo Vegetabile look-alikes.

I wasn't the only one on the hunt for these beauties... the Look 4 Less did a post about them here.

Both sandals were originally about $100, but Aldo put their version on sale for $68.95.  I still couldn't take the plunge though.  $70 for flat sandals is just a little too hard to swallow.

The Aldo versions are no longer available, but you can still purchase the Jeffrey Campbell ones here via Nordstrom.  If you want to spend a C note on sandals, that is.

This morning I was on the Look 4 Less again, and saw this post, which featured what I thought were the Jeffrey Campbells.  Imagined my surprise when I clicked on the link and saw...

Payless is having a BOGO sale, so I HAD to get another pair, right?

These Lela Rose for Payless Perlita Bow heels were originally $50, on sale for $30, and I paid $15.  Don't mind if I do!  Here is the link.

The savings didn't end there, my friends.  I googled "Payless coupon codes" and found a code for 20% off your entire purchase - including sales or BOGO promotions.  I typed it in (41030 if you're interested), and it WORKED!  I saved another 9 bucks!

Instead of paying the $5.95 for shipping, I'm having it shipped to a local store for FREE.  

2 great sandals -flats (that I've been craving for half a year) and heels- for a mere $36 + creamy peanut butter oatmeal + a big mug o' joe + SATC on E! = fabulous Saturday morning.  

Plus, the snow is melting as I type!  It's the hubby's best friend's birthday today, so we are getting outta this house tonight and CELEBRATING!  Have you found any Saturday sales today!?
